We operate a modern standardized production workshop spanning around 1,000 square meters. Designed and built in strict compliance with GMP standards, the workshop is equipped with complete air purification systems, temperature and humidity control systems, as well as anti-static facilities, ensuring a consistently clean, safe and stable production environment.

Raw Material Inspection
All raw materials are subject to strict quality testing prior to warehousing to meet relevant national and industry standards.

Precision Processing
We adopt advanced automated production equipment to deliver precision processing and standardized operations for key procedures.

In-line Quality Inspection
Multiple inspection checkpoints are set along the production line to monitor product quality in real time and ensure all parameters comply with design specifications.

Finished Product Inspection & Packaging
Finished products can only enter the packaging phase after passing comprehensive tests. Full visual inspection and complete sealing are carried out.

The production line reaches a daily capacity of 15,000 pcs. We are able to satisfy delivery schedules for large-volume orders. Meanwhile, flexible capacity adjustment is available to cater to diverse requirements from different clients.

Our company holds the legal production qualification issued by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration. We can provide global customers with compliant OEM/ODM customization services for atomization semi-finished products and vape pens. We have served more than 20 countries and regions including North America, Europe and Southeast Asia, and possess full-chain flexible production capacity.

I. Scope of Customization: We support in-depth full-process customization including atomizer coil parameter customization, vape pen appearance design, structural optimization, PCBA scheme adjustment and packaging customization. Corresponding compliance solutions can be matched according to the demands of target markets.

II. Cooperation Process: Demand communication → Scheme design → Preliminary drawings available within 3 days → Sampling in 7–15 days → Small-batch trial order → Compliance testing → Mass production → Cross-border delivery. Specialized personnel follow up the whole process with a response time of no more than 24 hours.

III. Production Capacity & Delivery: The monthly production capacity reaches 200,000 sets of semi-finished products. Standard orders can be delivered within 15 days, and priority production scheduling is available for rush orders.

IV. Compliance Support: We can provide certification and test reports required by target markets such as CE, RoHS and FCC, and assist customers in completing local market access applications.

Our company is equipped with a professional R&D team. The core engineers have more than 5 years of R&D experience in the atomization industry and possess full-cycle R&D capabilities covering basic research to mass production implementation.

Technical Reserves: We master two core heating technologies: ceramic atomization and metal mesh atomization. The self-developed constant-temperature atomization solution can control temperature fluctuation within ±3°C, effectively reducing common problems such as burnt coils and oil leakage.

Testing Capability: The laboratory is equipped with professional equipment including atomization performance testers, high-low temperature test chambers, salt spray testers and air tightness detectors. All products undergo a 48-hour salt spray anti-corrosion test, and the qualification rate of all delivered products reaches over 99.8%.

Innovation Support: We can jointly develop new atomization structures and intelligent control schemes according to market demands. We support customers to apply for patents for differentiated technologies so as to form exclusive competitive advantages.
